Times can be stressful, you need a break, just a moment to breathe - RESPITE - What does that word mean to you? For some it is a night out with a partner or friend, others -someone to clean the house or do the shopping. For some families respite is the ability to have extra money so the family can do an activity together that they could not otherwise afford. One mom paid for a cooking class for her child.
