During these uncertain times, most families are working under a higher level of stress, and this can have a particular impact on kinship caregivers. At this caregiver workshop, we will discuss the impact stress and anxiety can have on caregivers when children are in or have been in uncertain situations. The workshop will also help caregivers develop tools and strategies to foster an environment of calm connection in family systems.

Gillian Boudreau is a licensed clinical psychologist and a licensed school psychologist. Dr. Boudreau has worked with children and families in Vermont, New York City, and Oregon over the course of the past 10 years with the mission of understanding and addressing our human need for attachment, connection, and effective communication in such a way that can help individuals, family systems, school systems, and larger organizations reach their full potential.
